Returns Policy

SHORT DELIVERY AND DAMAGED GOODS (DOA)
Claims for short deliveries or damages must be made in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. If goods are found to be not faulty a charge will be made for the goods.

INCORRECT ITEMS

We will endeavour to collect and despatch replacements the same day we receive notification of incorrect items (should you want a replacement). Should any item be out of stock you will be given the option of a refund, a replacement product of the same value or the option to wait until the product comes back into stock at which point it will be despatched immediately.

UNWANTED ITEMS

If, for whatever reason, you do not wish to keep your purchase, please return it unused with its original packaging for a full refund. Any returns should be made within 14 days of receipt. Any returns outside of this time period will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 15%.

Spare parts and consumables
Any spare parts or consumables which are not required can be sent back subject to approval. Any returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be in their original packaging and unused. Returns will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 15%.

NOTE: We will not refund your costs in sending the product back to us or our original shipping cost in sending the product to you in this case.
